§ THE LORD PRIVY SEAL (VISCOUNT ADDISON)My Lords, I have to inform the House that I have received the command of His Majesty to acquaint the House that Captain The Lord Colwyn, a member of this House, has been placed under arrest in order to be tried by court-martial charged with an offence under Section 41 of the Army Act. I beg to move, That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty to return the thanks of the House to His Majesty for his most gracious message which he has been pleased to make to this House of the reason for putting Captain The Lord Colwyn under arrest.
