THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DROGHEDA)My Lords, this Bill, like the previous Bill, has been certified as a Personal Bill. The draft Bill has been examined and reported upon by the Personal Bills Committee and is now in the form approved by that Committee. The main purpose of the Bill is to constitute the present trustees of the will of the right honourable Cecil Rhodes, a body corporate to be known as "The Rhodes Trust." The Bill also deals with matters concerning the administration of funds left under the will of the testator. I beg to move that the Bill be read a second time.
