LORD PAKENHAMThe proposed alteration in the Title is consequential to an Amendment made on Clause 81, subsection (5) in another place, which included among the Acts to be repealed the Workmen's Compensation (Pneumoconiosis) Act, 1945. We could not talk, therefore, of Acts up to 1943, and we had to substitute 1945.
