§ LORD PETHICK-LAWRENCEMy Lords, the second Amendment is a purely grammatical one: to insert the words "it varies or reverses" instead of the words "they vary or reverse". In the interests of grammar I commend this to the House, and move that we agree with the Commons in this Amendment.
