§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD JOWITT)My Lords, I am glad to inform the House that I have heard from the President of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics that the invitation extended by both Houses of Parliament for a visit of a Delegation of Deputies of the Supreme Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to the United Kingdom has been accepted. They are expected to arrive at the end of February next.
