My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill, the Isle of Man Harbours Bill, to dissolve the Isle of Man Harbour Commissioners and to transfer to a body specified or constituted by Acts of Tynwald the functions, property, rights and liabilities of those Commissioners and of His Majesty's Receiver-General for the Isle of Man in his capacity as such; and to move that it be read a first time.
