THE MINISTER OF CIVIL AVIATION (LORD NATHAN)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to provide for giving effect to a Convention on international Civil Aviation signed at Chicago on the 7th day of December, 1944, and to make further provision for the regulation of air navigation; to provide for giving effect to certain provisions of an Interim Agreement on international civil aviation so signed; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that the Bill be now read a first time.
