§ Moved to resolve, That this House approves the continuance in force of the Proclamation issued under Section 93 of the Government of India Act, 1935, by the Governor of Orissa on the 30th June, 1944, and of his Proclamation varying the same issued on the 7th September, 1945, copies of which were presented to this House on the 25th July, 1944, and the 9th October, 1945, respectively.—(Lord Pethick-Lawrence.)
