My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of this Committee.

§ Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider all drafts of Orders laid before Parliament under Section 309 of the Government of India Act, 1935, or Section 157 of the Government of Burma Act, 1935, in the present Session; and that the Lords following, with, the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
