THE EARL OF ONSLOWMy Lords, in moving that the India and Burma Orders Committee be appointed I would ask your Lordships to observe that the name of my noble friend the Marquess of Linlithgow is not on the list. He will not be able to attend for some months, I understand, but I hope he will be able to join the Committee at a later date. I beg to move the Motion standing in my name.
