My Lords, I beg to move the first Motion that stands in the name of my noble friend the Leader of the House.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of passing the Mining Industry (Welfare Fund) Bill and the Guardianship (Refugee Children) Bill through their remaining stages.—(Lord Snell.)
