My Lords, I have to convey to the House a Message from the King, signed with his own hand: I have received your Address praying that, in pursuance of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act, 1937, a Judge may be appointed to the High Court of Justice to fill a vacancy in the Probate, Divorce and Admiralty Division thereof, and I will issue directions in accordance with your desire.
