THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, I beg to move the constitution of the Com- mittee as appearing on the Paper, with the addition of the noble Lord, Lord Faringdon.

Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider all drafts of Orders laid before Parliament under Section 309 of the Government of India Act, 1935, or Section 157 of the Government of Burma Act, 1935, in the present Session; and that the Lords following, with the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
