LORD ADDISON had the following Notice on the Paper: To ask His Majesty's Government what progress is being made in the provision of safe and convenient air-raid shelters and for adequate sanitary arrangements; to call attention to the delay in the publication of of the Report of Lord Horder's Committee as being prejudicial to the public interest; and to move for Papers.
