HL Deb 03 July 1940 vol 116 c774
LORD DAVIES

My Lords, I beg to ask the second question standing in my name.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask His Majesty's Government whether they can give an assurance that the expert services of officers in the Royal Air Force are being employed in an advisory capacity by the War Office in the preparation of defensive works for the protection of vital points especially in regard to possible landing places for enemy air transports.]

LORD CROFT

I am pleased to inform my noble friend that Royal Air Force officers are assisting the War Office in this matter continuously.

House adjourned at twenty-eight minutes past five o' clock.
