My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Order Paper in my name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Local Elections and Register of Electors (Temporary Provisions) Bill and of passing it through its remaining stages.—(Lord Snell.)
