HL Deb 11 July 1939 vol 114 c49

Order of the Day for the consideration of Commons Amendments read.

6.39 p.m.

LORD TEMPLEMORE

My Lords, you will remember that this Bill deals with the limit of time within which certain things must be done in regard to patents and designs. The Amendments which have been made by the Commons since the Bill left your Lordships' House are all of a minor character, and I propose to ask your Lordships to agree with all of them. I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(Lord Templemore.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
