I have received your Addresses praying that the Government of India (Governors' Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Order, 1938, the Government of Burma (Governor's Salary, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Order, 1938, the Government of India (Adaptation of Acts of Parliament (Amendment) Order, 1938, and the Government of Burma (India-Burma Financial Settlement) Order, 1938, be made in the form of the respective drafts approved by your Lordships' House. I will comply with your request.
