§ VISCOUNT HALIFAXYes, my Lords, the French Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs have accepted an invitation from His Majesty's Government to visit London on November 29 and 30 for an exchange of views on the inter- 258 national situation with my right honourable friends the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
