My Lords, I also beg to move the Motion for the appointment of an India and Burma Orders Committee.

§ Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider all drafts of Orders laid before Parliament under Section 309 of the Government of India Act, 1935, or Section 157 of the Government of Burma Act, 1935, in the present Session; and that the Lords following, with the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:

V. Goschen,
L. Strabolgi,
L. Ker (M. Lothian),
L. Stanmore,
L. Rankeillour.
