VISCOUNT GAGEMy Lords, all the Amendments, which look rather formidable, have been agreed between the Government and the various authorities interested in this Bill. I will, therefore, refer to them shortly unless any noble Lord requires a further explanation in which case I will endeavour to give it. Both the Amendments on Clause 1 merely clarify the existing law. I beg to move that this House doth agree with both Amendments.
