Clause 2:

Short title, citation and extent.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Unemployment Assistance (Temporary Provisions) (Extension) Act, 1936, and shall be included among the Acts which may be cited together as the Unemployment Assistance Acts, 1934 and 1936.

VISCOUNT GAGE moved, in subsection (1), to leave out "shall be included among the Acts which" and insert "this Act and the Unemployment Assistance Acts, 1934 and 1935." The noble Viscount said: This Amendment and the following Amendment in my name are drafting Amendments. I beg to move.
