§ THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES (EARL DE LA WARR)My Lords, at this late hour of the evening I need not detain your Lordships with the details of this Bill. Part I is intended to apply the Diseases of Animals Act to poultry, and Part II to regulate the manufacture, sale and importation of vaccines, sera and similar substances. I think it sufficient to say that if any of your Lordships have any questions to ask, I should be very pleased to answer them.
