§ THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRYMy Lords, an Amendment has been made to paragraph 9 of the Third Schedule so that that paragraph sets out the pro- 490 fessional bodies whose members are to be qualified for appointment as auditors under the Schedule. If this Amendment is agreed to it is unnecessary to make any substitution in the Scottish application clause as paragraph 9 of the Schedule will apply equally to England and Scotland. I beg to move.
