Page 9, line 28, at end insert: ( ) Every fee which by virtue of this section is payable by any person shall he recoverable from that person by the licensing authority as a debt due from him to them.

My Lords, this Amendment provides that the fees required to be paid by previous subsections of the clause shall be recoverable by the licensing authority—that is, the authority exercising the licensing functions at the time when the fee becomes payable. These fees will be recoverable like a debt and will thus be in the same position as the fees payable in respect of the remuneration of the accountant and mechanician. I beg to move.
