My Lords, I beg to move a similar Motion also in regard to the County Borough of Portsmouth.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department under the Act, for extending Section 1 of that Act to the County Borough of Portsmouth, and laid before this House on the 2nd instant., be approved.— (The Earl of Lucan.)
