My Lords, I beg to move a similar Motion in regard to the urban district, of Merton and Morden.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department under the Act, for extending Section 1 of that Act to the urban district of Merton and Morden, and laid before this House on the 1st instant, be approved.— (The Earl of Lucan.)
