THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of the Standing Orders Committee and also that it be constituted in accordance with the terms which appear on the Order Paper, but again without the name of the noble Earl, Lord De La Warr, who has asked your Lordships to excuse him.

Moved, That a Standing Orders Committee be appointed, and that the Lords following, with the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
