THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of the Committee of Selection and also that it should consist of noble Lords whose names appear on the Order Paper, with the exception of the noble Earl, Lord De La Warr, who is unable to serve on this Committee.

Moved, That a Committee be appointed to select and propose to the House the names of the five Lords to form a Select Committee for the consideration of each opposed Private Bill, and that the Lords following, with the Lord Chancellor and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
