Leave out Clause 3.

The Commons disagree to the above Amendment, but have amended the words so restored to the Bill as follows:

Page 4, line 34, after "satisfactorily," insert "and economically"

Page 5, line 1, after "satisfactorily," insert "and economically"

Page 5, line 18, leave out "relating to arbitration"

Page 5, line 25, after "notice," insert "(not being requirements determined by arbitration to be unreasonable)"

Page 6, line 43, leave out "are," and insert "would involve unreasonable expense or are otherwise"

Page 8, line 9, after "instrument," insert "but after giving reasonable notice in writing to the occupier"
