Constitution of Poisons Board.

1. The Board shall consist of fifteen members:

2. The Board shall he composed of the following persons, namely:—

One person appointed by the Institute of Chemistry of Great Britain and Ireland;

LORD PONSONBY OF SHULBREDE moved, at the end of the Schedule, to insert "8. The quorum of the Board shall be eleven." The noble Lord said: My Lords, this Amendment is to deal with the quorum. It provides that the quorum of the Board shall be eleven. It was thought on the whole that that would be the most suitable number.
