Page 4, line 15, after ("patient") insert ("unless he sis lodged in a part of the hospital or house not permitted to be used for the accommodation of patients.")

My Lords, the point of this Amendment is that if a relative or friend is accommodated in a portion of the house or a portion of the premises not licensed for patients, the presence of the stranger shall not count. I beg to move that this Amendment be agreed to.
