§ LORD PONSONBY OF SHULBREDEMy Lords, the object of this Amendment is to make it clear that the provisions of the clause do not affect the provisions of Section 193 of the Law of Property Act, which deals with the rights of the public over common and waste land. This and the following Amendment hang together. I beg to move.
