Page 49, line 7, at end insert: ("(12) A person shall be disqualified from being appointed or being a Commissioner so long as he is a member of the Commons House of Parliament")

My Lords, this follows a precedent in the Electricity (Supply) Act. It is clearly undesirable for almost every reason that a member of the House of Commons should be a Commissioner. I move that we agree with this Amendment.
