THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT (LORD PONSONBY OF SHULBREDE)

My Lords, I beg to move that the Order made on the twenty-fifth day of March last "That no Provisional Order Bill brought from the House of Commons shall be read a second time after Tuesday, the 24th day of June next," be dispensed with regarding the Pier and Harbour Provisional Order (No. 1) Bill.

Moved, That the Order made on the 25th day of March last "'That no Provisional Order Confirmation Bill brought from the House of Commons shall be read a second time after Tuesday the 24th day of June next," be dispensed with, and that the Bill be now read 2ª.—(Lord Ponsonby of Shulbrede.)
