§ THE MARQUESS OF LONDONDERRYThis Amendment is consequential upon the insertion during the Committee stage of the Bill in another place of subsection (5) of Clause 3, which is as follows:—
5. No order shall be made under this section with respect to any bridge to which any right to take tolls attaches.I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
