This Amendment is consequential upon the insertion during the Committee stage of the Bill in another place of subsection (5) of Clause 3, which is as follows:— 5. No order shall be made under this section with respect to any bridge to which any right to take tolls attaches. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
