My Lords, in moving that the House do resolve itself into Committee upon this Bill may I say that there is no opposition to it, as I told your Lordships when I moved the Second Beading, and no Amendment has been put down. Therefore I propose to ask your Lordships to permit the Bill to go through its remaining stages to-night.
