§ The Lord Muir-Mackenzie reported from the Sub-Committee on the Refreshment Department of the House:
§ That the Committee had met and had renewed the arrangement with the present contractor for another year upon the same terms and conditions. This arrangement is based on the payment by Peers of a subscription for the maintenance of the Department as in previous years.
