HL Deb 09 July 1928 vol 71 c854

Order of the Day read for the consideration of Commons Amendments.

THE EARL OF STRADBROKE

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered, and I shall propose to agree with all of them. Most of them are drafting or consequential Amendments, and there is only one—namely, the omission of paragraph (b) of Clause 4—which I think requires any comment. I propose, if it suits your Lordships, to deal with the Amendments scriatim.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(The Earl of Stradbroke.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
