The Sub-Committee on the Library was re-appointed, consisting of the following Lords:—

• The Earl of Ilchester.

• The Viscount Finlay.
• The Lord Wigan (Earl of Crawford).
• The Lord Hylton.
• The Lord Colebrooke.
• The Lord Ernle.
• The Lord Darling.

The Sub-Committee on the Refreshment Department was re-appointed, consisting of the following Lords:—

• The Marquess of Lincolnshire.
• The Earl of Clarendon.
• The Lord Muir Mackenzie.
• The Lord Lambourne.
• With the Clerk of the Parliaments.
