HL Deb 22 December 1927 vol 69 cc1266-7

Returned from the Commons, agreed to, with Amendments.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT CAVE)

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered. Perhaps I may explain that I think the Amendments to this Bill are all quite reasonable. Some of the Amendments are really privilege Amendments. I hope your Lordships will not desire me to criticise those. There are some Amendments in the Schedule which appear to me to be of a drafting nature and to which I shall ask your Lordships to agree.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments to the Bill be now considered.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
