Clause 3, page 3, line 20, insert the following new subsection:— (6) Such fees shall be payable in respect of the registration of funds, amendments of rules and changes of name or address, and in respect of the issue of certificates under this Act as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Treasury.

My Lords, I will now take the Amendments in turn. The first Amendment is to Clause 3 of the Bill, on page 3, line 20, to insert a new subsection as to fees which shall be payable in respect of the registration of funds, amendments of rules and changes of name or address, and in respect of the issue of certificates. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the said Amendment.
