LORD ORANMORE AND BROWNEMy Lords, my noble friend Earl Kintore, who was named as one of the noble Lords to serve on the Select Committee 119 on Irish Land Purchase (Pledges by Ministers of the Crown) has asked to be discharged from the Committee on the ground of ill-health. I am very sorry that he is unable to serve. I beg to move that Earl Kintore be discharged from serving on the Committee, and that the noble Lord, Lord Lamington, be added to the Committee in his place.
