My Lords, this is a purely drafting Amendment and is intended to make it clear that the powers of the Statutory Commissioners to receive representations or evidence are not restricted to receiving such representations solely from the bodies or persons specified in subsection (2). I beg to move that the House agrees with the Commons in the Amendment.
