My Lords, the next Amendment is to provide that under subsection (4) the provisions of the Act shall not apply to the sale of horticultural produce unless the owner or consignor sends to the salesman before the sale the advice note provided for in that subsection. It is really a drafting Amendment, and I beg to move that your Lordships do agree with it.
