My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with to allow the remaining stages of the Mining Industry Bill to be taken, and, in the event of a message being received from the Commons that they have passed the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill, in order to take the Bill through all its stages.
