My Lords, in the absence of my noble friend Lord Clarendon, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Paper.

Moved, That this House do concur in the Resolution communicated by the Commons: That it is expedient that the Moneylenders (Amendment) Bill be committed to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.—(The Earl of Lucan.)
