HL Deb 07 May 1925 vol 61 cc121-2

LORD DARLING had given Notice to call attention to the not infrequent practice of Coroners' Courts holding inquests on the bodies of deceased persons simultaneously with the hearing by Justices of charges against persons arrested and accused of causing the death of the same deceased persons; and to move for Papers.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, I think it would be more convenient, having regard to the business before the House, if I were to postpone this Question. I will put it down for some other day.
