THE EARL OF PLYMOUTH

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend, Viscount Peel, I beg to move the Motions which stand on the paper for approving certain Special Orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, aldermen, and citizens of the City of Carlisle, which was presented on the 1st July and published, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Urban District Council of Oswaldtwistle, which was presented on the 9th July and published, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)
