HL Deb 02 July 1925 vol 61 c954
THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE

My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. 93 be considered in order to its being dispensed o with in respect of a Petition of Lloyds Bank, Limited. There is a little matter of controversy here, but I have heard the parties and in my judicial capacity I have given a decision, in favour of recommending your Lordships to allow the deposit of this late Petition in the circumstances I have heard. I will explain those circumstances if the House desires.

Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to: Leave given to present the said Petition.
